My Therapeutic Experience
I’m a curious human who wants to help.
I’m here because therapy helped me.
I'm here to talk about the stuff you might have been told, "we don't talk about that."

I have a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles. Mostly recently, I worked at a residential facility for teens with a primary mental health diagnosis, with many were coming directly from psychiatric hospitalization. I also have experience with teens and young adults working with an online LGBTQIA+ program and on-site at a middle school in Koreatown for the 2023-2024 school year. With adults, I've also worked with those experiencing homelessness in Skid Row in downtown Los Angeles through The People Concern. These experiences have only deepened the empathetic lens I see the world and my clients through, recognizing the powerful forces of external systems and their injustices.
I’m also a former marketing research VP with two decades experience helping businesses understand their consumers through asking intriguing questions. Think spreadsheets, mountains of data, databases, online dashboards, all with the intent of finding the direction the company should go and telling that story in a meaningful, visual, and concise way.
Now, I’m using that experience of asking questions and organizing information to help individuals improve their mental health and well-being. My goal is to support and empower you.
I’m a survivor of trauma and know it’s a continual journey. I’m a former college basketball player and Ironman triathlete and know about determination and the importance of listening to our bodies. I’m a creative writer and appreciate the impact of word choice and the significance that stories have on our lives. I’m a dog mom and aunt who knows the importance of play. I‘m a therapist who is ready to go on a journey with you. What do you want to work on?
